CQC Full Registration

 

We can take you from beginning to end with the CQC, completing forms, providing you with templates and documents, offering policies bespoke to your service. As well as paperwork, we will offer unlimited coaching to ensure you are ready for any interviews, and support site inspections to ensure you are fully compliant and ready for inspections.

Infection Control

 

Our organisation can assist you with anything from the basics of audit and assessment, to building and environment compliance for sinks, air handling units, laminar flow and UV resources. We can train in infection control matters, sepsis, wound management and healing as well as competence for aseptic technique.

Mock Inspections

Independent Complaints Adjudication

 

Complaint management is never easy, but it is an important process which relies on balance, fairness and being reasonable as a provider. When a complaint reaches past the point where it can be managed internally, it is important within healthcare that you offer a stage 3, independent complaint review and response to your patient / client. We can offer experienced, knowledgeable complaint managers to work closely with your complainant and your teams to find the best resolution for all.
